I could have told him that...
Maybe I should be a football agent.

I disagree. I think the Kasabian's 'Club Foot' actually sounds pretty good as the teams walk out. The Premier League anthem is rubbish, but there isn't an awful lot we can do about that. I really don't think playing 'London Calling', regardless of how good a song it is, will improve the matchday exp...

There was me thinking ‘Fools Rush In’ had died a death. In addition to N22’s post, these are the full lyrics to the song: Wise Men say only fools rush in but I cant help falling in love with you Shall I stay would it be a sin if I can't help falling in love with you... Like a river flows, sure...

I'm with you - let's put an end to this 'Wonderwall' stuff right now. As was said earlier in the thread, the Mancs would piss themselves if we sang that. But 'Fools Rush In' is the best idea I've heard so far. Looked up the lyrics, found myself humming it for ages. So there you go, Elvis has my vote...

The more and more I think about it, the more Over the Rainbow seems to fit. Also, I know that one of the boxes to tick was that it should have nothing to do with the club, but seeing as I've just found out that the song was actually sung at Alan Ball's funeral, I thought that having the song as our ...

Tompfarrell, here you go mate: http://www.arsenal.com/userIncludes/docs/songsheet1.pdf
I quite like 'Singing at the Lane', actually. However, I'm not convinced as to whether or not it's epic enough for an anthem.

N22Gooner - Good shout on the Fabregas song. I could see that catching on. Not too sure about the Theo one - not because it isn't a good song, but because he is far from being the king of anywhere...but I must say, I have long wanted that song to return... I have to agree with the last couple of pos...

I agree, mate. Stats don't always tell the whole story. The post was a little tongue-in-cheek, but at the same time, I do think that the stats gave some insight in to where the team is actually failing. I don't think we're going to be great again until we strike a balance between youth and experienc...

Season review according to Opta
Don’t get me wrong, I’m no Statto, but seeing as there are so many differing opinions on our season, I couldn’t help noticing page 47 in the Currant Bun this morning (didn’t buy it, picked it up on the train to work, honest!). It’s got a break down of different stats for the 06/07 season a...
