Re: Le bumholes last game! between Herbert Chapman's teams Huddersfield and The Arsenal.Sun May 13th kick off 3pm
I've looked forward to this day for years. I thought it may even rival 26th May 1989 but all I feel is flat. I am so glad that the arrogant, useless Specialist in Failure has been sacked but all I can see is a long hard road ahead and a huge rebuilding job for whoever takes over. All of these numpti...

The planes on both sides are a big no from me Singing his name I have no problem with The away defeats hurt and it's not good enough but remember that we went 2 Title winning seasons without an away defeat, that's football He is going, let those of us who want to say goodbye do it without being labe...

Wenger's last game and I hope we lose!! Losing eight away games in a row and meekly slipping out of the Europa League would be a fitting end to Wenger's career. Seven away defeats in a row. 22 failures in Europe. So many thumping defeats I've lost count. Untold amounts of useless, overpaid prima don...

Re: OZIL No shows, Injury, illness ??
When we signed Ozil I was pleased as he looked like one of the most talented players in the world - and German so he'd be a grafter. How wrong I was!! At that time, we lived in London and my son's best mate at school was a Spanish lad. His Dad (massive Real Madrid fan) was a very wealthy man, workin...

Re: BURNLEY (6th place play off) HOME 6th May 16:30
Did they get the money for their plane?? I wouldn't be surprised if the club stump up the huge shortfall...and why not, what's another 6k after we've pissed away over 100m on the serial loser. As for the game itself, it's been awhile since we had a massive 6 pointer so late in the season... :barsca...

Re: Your Choice As Manager
1,000 %
The Argentinian George Graham has been my choice for years. He would restore our fortunes and make us proud to be Gooners again.

Re: THE WENGER THREAD
Great news but ----------------- TEN YEARS TOO LATE !!!! Hopefully now the useless, egotistical lunatic has gone, we can re-unite as a fan base, we can appoint a decent manager that will restore our pride, we can ship out the deadwood crap like Xhaka, Mustafi, Iwobi, Chambers, Ramsey, Cech and all o...

The first 23 minutes saw the best football we've played for some time.
A crucial win. It's all set up for a great night on Wednesday.
I can see us going on a long unbeaten run now.

Re: THE WENGER THREAD
Looks like we'll have to agree that we disagree on this one. All I'm really saying is - nobody can say with 100% certainty that it won't work until it has been tried. My frustration comes from seeing people seriously unhappy about something but feeling that they have no power to change it. I believe...

Re: THE WENGER THREAD
If we've learned anything from the last 5 years it is that whether or not the Arsenal fans are behind our manager is irrelevant to whether he stays or goes. This ^^^ 100% bang on the money. Unfortunately. :| Sorry lads but that is just an excuse to do nothing. You saw the amount of publicity that t...

Re: THE WENGER THREAD
I think Ancelotti would only be a short term solution however he'd definitely iron out some of the problems created by clueless. Allegri as you say is more of a modern thinker and would be inclined to stay around longer imo. Either would be a vast improvement on what's there now. As would DB10's Gr...

Re: Bournemouth (A) 14th Jan 13.30
Wenger's greatest achievement at Arsenal has been his ability to brainwash the masses into thinking that each match is a stand alone event. That it's not connected to the one before or the one to come. Each match can be taken on it's own - so a bad defeat can be brushed off (What eez important eez '...
