And as I recall, that season we won the FA Cup and the chav$ got jack shite. Re: Help a French Gooner out...
Anyone that respects The Grimster is ok by me. Will never forget that cheeky little smile he gave Seamo after he had just splattered Davids and stopped an ex-scum player from scoring the first goal at the new stadium.  8) 8) Done. 8) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PtidXpWaVVM For your v...

Re: Top of the league!
Can't see Chelsea losing 4 games at all. Should just settle for 2nd place and an FA Cup.

Re: Your local non league team
Yate Town FC was/were mine. Only real noteworthy achievement was reaching the 1st Round of the FA Cup a couple of years back, paid for it with our league position. We tend to stick around in the Southern League Premier Division/Division 1 South/West. Right below the Conference South. The cricket clu...

Whoever the person interviewing him was, I want to buy you a fucking pint.
Shame you'll now be banned ever giving an interview to him again because our glorious dictatorship only likes "Yes Men" or people who don't ask questions.

Re: Nets behind the gosls
Revgoon have you got a video of the old lady getting nailed with the ball? Need a laugh after today. I was more concerned with not getting balls in my face  was the only time the team looked threatening today. :-P shame this question didn't make the AGM!! seriously hope that old lady was alrig...

Nets behind the gosls
Okay, so I realize after the shite of today's game this must seem quite pedantic and trivial but bear with me. So has anyone else noticed those nets they place behind the goals during pre-match practice; while good in theory are doing sod all to stop balls flying into the crowd? The idea behind them...

Re: Wayne Rooney
As much as I try to ignore international footy, no doubt I consider him completely unworthy to be England's record goalscorer and most capped player. Yet the press hold him up as the saviour of the nation... granted look at some of who he has to play with.

Re: PL Legends - Tony Adams
I consider myself lucky to have grown up watching Adams play, that goal vs Everton in 1998 will always send chills up my spine. Whatever you might think of his ability and his opinions, there's no denying his passion, loyaly and commitment to the club, and this is something that is sadly lacking in ...

Re: The Yaya Sanogo lack of Progress Thread
Yesterday was boreline painful to watch sometimes. I don't recall a more worse player to pull on an Arsenal shirt, no offence to Sanogo but he clearly shouldn't be there. But Wenger, with all his arrogance and ego won't admit this experiment has been a mistake. Every touch he took he fumbled, and th...

Finally, some decent touches from Sanogoals... Swwwwwweeeeeeeeeettt Sanchez! :barscarf: :barscarf: Decent? He gets put through and still didn't have a clue what to do with the ball? We got lucky the ball bounced into the path of someone who knows how to finish. Alexis should have started up front :...

Wonderful, only four defenders available. Our first choice striker is a postman who thinks a first touch is feeling up some tart in a pub. Arsene knows

Re: Best pre-match bars at Arsenal
I'm surprised no one has mentioned the Rocket yet. Its big enough that it gets a crowd and you can still move about, it's designed to be a student bar so the staff can cope with demand, you can get a good deal on pitchers too. Plus if there isn't a live game on before the match they'll stick on one ...
