I hear the Lincoln players cleaned up the changing room after the match. As I keep saying, Danny Cowley, oozes class.

Re: Lincoln City (H) | FA Cup QF | Sat 11 Mar 17:30
Well. Thought Lincoln did fantastically well for the first 45 minutes and were unlucky not to go in goalless at HT. If that had happened, I'm sure there would have been some boos and more discontent. The pressure on the poor delicate little flowers would have been ramped up. Who knows what might hav...

Re: Wenger Out protest, Saturday 11th March 4pm
The Lincoln lot are planning a sing song outside the ground before the game but I think I would rather join in with this

Re: Lincoln City (H) | FA Cup QF | Sat 11 Mar 17:30
Lincoln are a good team, the Cowleys are excellent managers. There some good players in the National League, just that no one bothers to scout anymore, just rely on tappy tippy stats that mean nothing. Players I rate for Lincoln are Raggett and Arnold in particular. Rhead is a lump, but a canny one...

Re: Lincoln City (H) | FA Cup QF | Sat 11 Mar 17:30
Spoke to an old chap today. He's 88. He's just had cancer and wasn't well at all. Ex services. His neighbour wrote to Danny Cowley to tell him about him. Next thing Danny and his brother go round to his house with every single player with them too. What a nice touch that is. The chap said to me that...

Looking forward to this now for obvious reasons. Big win tonight and Tranmere fucked up at Barrow. Cowley thinks there's a 1 in 1000 chance. Imagine if it's the Imps who stick the final nail in the old dictator's coffin. Would love it.

33/1. Raggett 1-0 is 4000/1 I think. That's worth a quidPerryashburtongroves wrote:Stick a tenner on Lincoln.

Re: When supporting 2 teams becomes a problem!
Away end......but please don't sign up to the Little Club Charter. Given your Gooner roots I'd like to think it was only 8,999 non league spackers singing "Same Old Arsenal, Always Cheating" or "Eee-aye eee-aye o.....up the National League we go" :D At least there's going to be ...

Re: When supporting 2 teams becomes a problem!
Back in the 60s I was born in Lincoln. Lived there for 20 odd years. Dad took me to my first game when I was 5 and I was a regular at Sincil Bank until the mid 80s when I moved down south. In the early days they were in the old 4th Division and so as a kid you generally had a Ist Division team that...
