Re: FULHAM HOME GAME
Personally I didn't think Lauren was that great. He got skinned far too many times by nippy wingers. I loved his attitude and coolness but he wasn't a great defender in my opinion. I'd take Lauren any day over santos! (even on the opposite flank Lauren would have done a better job). Seem to remembe...

Re: Manure v Arsenal
How many years in a row is that Man Utd get a pen against us at Old Trafford?
Anyway typical Old Trafford performance from us so far, stroll in the park for them. Ferguson must be raging going in at half time, any sort of performance from them would kill us off no problem.

Re: Schalke Away
How do the points work for this game, I have never been to a match where they are not done automatically. You get a voucher as you go in the turnstile with a code on it and a link to where you have to enter it. Easy. In Udine i was asked by one of them what member level i was, after replying red th...

Re: Schalke Away
We're just drinking in Dusseldorf and then heading through for the game, looks like a tram from under the station takes you straight through to the stadium. Good to see that we won't be kept in after the final whistle, means we can get a train back through to Dusseldorf earlier than planned. Anyone ...

Re: Reading in the "whatever its called this year cup"
i couldn't see from the feed, but who had the goal that reading cleared from behind the line, and who volleyed it in ? - nice volley too... Feo scored, Jenks followed up just in case. Walnut ultimately awarded goal. ESPN has the goal given to Jenko. take a bow son. lol I haven't seen any ...

Re: Schalke (A) ticket allocation
Hmm, could cause a few arguments this.
Interesting how popular this away day is, can't remember the last group game that saw this demand. Possibly AZ.

Re: Schalke (A) ticket allocation
What's everyone planning on doing after the game?
We're heading back into Dusseldorf, never been before and heard it's a great night out but i'm a bit worried what with it being a Tuesday that the bars will all be shut at that time!
Looking forward to another German trip, can't get enough of them.

Re: Brilliant Ian Wright interview
Thanks a lot for posting the interview. An amazing insight into the man who provided so many wonderful moments for myself during the 90's, sort of sad since it illustrates just how much the common footballer has changed over the last two decades, he deserved everything he got in his career. Nice com...

Re: Montpellier v Arsenal match thread
I think that has to be one of the more basic grounds I have ever visited. Plus on the organized package I am sure the coach driver got lost trying to find Marseilles airport as at over 2 hours into the journey I started thinking we were driving to London instead. It was quicker to fly to Marseilles...

Re: Montpellier v Arsenal match thread
Not the best of trips to be honest, Montpellier was a bit of a dump and treated like a criminal as usual in France at the game.
Only positive was the weather and that huge university - i don't think i've seen as many beatutiful young women in the one city!

Re: Schalke away for red members?
With Montpelier being small and Olympiakos being small this is the best chance for red members to get a ticket. You reckon? I would be surprised if we sold out Olimpiacos what with it being the 3rd year there, last group game and at christmas time. I think Montpellier might go to red, there doesn't...

Re: European Cup - who do you want?
Enough time on the stopover in Cologne to buy some Kolsch for the journey to Gelsenkerchen too! I presume they don't sell it in Dusseldorf? Any tips for where to go after the match in Dusseldorf baring in mind it's a Tuesday night? I've never been. Dusseldorf has got a very decent altstadt marc...s...

Re: European Cup - who do you want?
I went ahead and booked up for Montpellier, told myself i would wait until ticket info was released.
Can't see it making reds plus i reckon they'll do a Villarreal/Marseille and sting us a ridiculous price for tickets.
