Who would be the beneficiaries of a harmonised corporate taxation system? It would be the largest economies, ie Germany, France and yes the UK. I suppose in fairness once you skull gets broken your likelihood to avoid it happening again is fairly high, good reason why he never should have been signed in the first place. Hes never really been the same since.
