Re: Grumpy Git - things that "literally" get on my tit

To add to the Snowflake Millennial generation we have the social media entitled generation..Once upon a time Irish and British people were resilient, it wasn't about knowing our place , rather it was about getting on with life and making the best of it. We understood that to provide for our familie...

Re: The ONLY World Cup thread (merged)

Maradona was the best player I’ve ever seen and I include Pele in that opinion. I’m too young for the Pele era but Maradona is the best I have seen, followed by Gaza for the brief period he was at his best and now Ronaldo - who I think is better than Messi. If Xhaka hadnt signed an extension then ran his contract down cos with the shit season no one wants him for the mone...

Torreira isnt still on Arsenal. com. However it is now on his Wiki page, so it must be true.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lucas_Torreira

Funny I would have though he would be better playing for fat Sam (Wherever he ends up) , as he was born in Fray Bentos

Re: European Finals

TBF the undeserved barge on Karius by the thug Ramos was a yellow card offence at best. They were outclassed, but Ramos and his sweat ( ) definitely had its impact once more

Re: The ONLY World Cup thread (merged)

Is it also pc to say it's annoying the amount of women who suddenly 'support' football and take up vital space in the pub, slow up the service with their white wine spritzer or latte, then ask who the players are? In the words of Mr Chumley-Warner, 'Ladies, know your place!' I was in a pub in Brigh...

Re: Welcome Unai Emery (Dick)

Story I heard is he gives out USBs to the players to analyse their opponents tactics (Revolutionary stuff, whoevers heard of that  ) One player he suspected wasn't looking at them, so was given an empty USB by Mr Emery, who later quizzed the player on the analysis that was reported to be very ...
