There are such basic failures in the Arsenal team. As others have said, we just don't practice defending. Arsene's answer to last season was to change to zonal marking instead of man to man....not to coach defending! Arsenal don't prepare to face the team they are playing, they just go out and play...

Got my money back with booking fee. They only contacted my membership that bought the tickets 4 myself and other member, and I received the money 4 both tickets bought (refund to credit card). Maybe that's why others have not been contacted?

Can't be bothered to read the whole thread, but I'm with SAFC on this, Bendtner is a fairly decent player, his career at Arsenal was ruined by Wengers insistance on playing the same way, whatever the personnel & the situation. Sorry it was sent to my work email address! I was surprised by the mail, it definitely stated I would receive a refund by the same method I purchased my ticket. And within 14days. I don't know if the fact I had to buy a £52 ticket has made any difference.

I got an email today. Will get a refund of money within 14days, rather than a ticket 4 a future away game.

If it makes u feel any better my membership cost sweet fa last year, as they screwed up taking my direct debit. I even tried to pay but they said no don't worry we'll sort it. Hopefully the same happens this year.
