He has already said he doesn't like signing stars he likes to make them, why is he going to sign stars now?? He's not.
It's kids and Frenchmen this summer, the same as most summers. The big 'success' this summer will be us not selling our best players. That will continue next season.

their wages + fees spending is def higher than the Toffees and Sperz who are mentioned
