Many will believe that the behaviour of the chav fans in question was totally out of order but that is a moral issue so surely they cannot be punished if no offence was committed ? Is there any laws stating that minute's silence must be observed or else banning order's will be handed out ? Really and truly I despair at these type of bullshit pc investigations when everybody knows that the results are irrelevent and if somebody tried to put a banning order on me for that offence I would bring them to every law court in the land and sue them for distress when I win my ticket privelge's back
Personally I can't understand why the fans of these clubs were being asked to observe a minutes silence in the first place. It's not even to say it was the 25th anniversary, it was 23 years ago.
