Not for me (I'd have to change my username! :wink: ) but my wife's ticket which I'm managing. I got the call today.

I got a call today, the lady on the phone said that pretty much everyone in the Red Section has renewed so wouldn't be able to move there. I did however get myself further back in the North Bank as being right behind the goal meant I couldn't see the action down the other end.

Thats bollox! there is always spaces. Plus my 2 mates moved from 1 part to another so i know 2 seats available right away

They say the same thing every season but i know there are plenty of spare seats that silvers get.

Went to request a seat move on the day that the deadline was closing but I didnt realise that when they said closing date may 21st that they meant 5pm may 31st - dont these c**ts know that some of us work later than 5pm and couldnt do it before than ? :roll: :x I would rally like to have moved from where I am (block 11 down the front) to a more central position behind the goals and maybe half way back but there you go :(

I had real problems renewing my membership last Friday and checked my credit card on line this morning. Got charged twice. Complained to the club. £45 wasn't too bad but if some of you are having 2 lots of £000s taken out God help you!

Just got this from the club.

We have been made aware that there has been a problem around payments taken on Thursday 7th June and Friday 8th June where a technical issue has resulted in customers’ having accounts debited in error. We are working with our payment services to return monies to customers accounts as soon as possible.

At 13.00hrs today we had confirmation from our merchant services partner that all transactions that were replicated in error have now been processed as a same day refund. All card issuers and banks will be able to see that funds are being returned over the course of this afternoon. Each individual bank or card issuer will have internal processes that will then dictate when you will be able to see this credit applied to your account. You will need to confirm what these timescales are with your card issuer or bank.

We do sincerely apologise for any inconvenience and upset that this may have caused. In the event that any customer has incurred charges as a result of funds being debited in error, please can you provide us with a statement covering the period, and we will ensure that these charges are refunded. Statements can be scanned and Emailed to boxoffice@arsenal.co.uk or alternatively photo copies can be posted to;

Box Office Accounts,
Arsenal Football Club,
Highbury House,
75 Drayton Park,
LONDON.
N5 1BU

Please be assured that a full investigation into the matter is taking place and we will be taking steps to ensure that all prevention measures are implemented to prevent this rare event recurring in the future.

Regards

Same here Chippy (they've taken £93 out instead of £31), waiting for my money back. I've contacted my credit card issuer, am not normally allowed to go into overdraft but they've been very understanding. You would think a "business" ( :banghead: ) the size of Arsenal would be a bit more professional...
