THE WENGER THREAD
Re: THE WENGER THREAD
on another matter, sad news another setback for Santi
yes we all love Santi...But a MANAGER of men must make tough decisions..of course wenger is a pussy
Doctors told the Spain international that he should be "satisfied" to walk again after contracting gangrene in his right ankle.
Cazorla last played for the Gunners in October 2016, two months before having his initial operation.
He was forced to have skin removed from his arm and grafted onto his leg after the infection left him with "eight centimetres missing" from his Achilles tendon.
A return to football in the new year had been predicted, but it is now unclear when he will make his comeback.

Re: THE WENGER THREAD
That "article" is insinuation "journalism" at its worst. It implies that Griezmann would never sign for Arsenal because Wenger signed Sanogoals instead of Griezmann which is absolute bollocks. Wenger was looking to sign both, and for whatever reason the Sanogoals deal went through but Griezmann's didn't. Griezmann only states that he didn't like being prick teased by Wenger, nothing to do with Sanogoals being signed "instead" of him.Gunner Rob wrote: ↑Wed Nov 29, 2017 1:45 pmthe genius that is Arsene Wenger

FFS lads we have plenty to hit Wenger over the head with without believing every two bob story the media put out there.
Re: THE WENGER THREAD
There is insinuation about Sonogoals but it does seem very clear that we had an opportunity to sign Griezmann, who by his own admission was up for the deal, but didn't.

Re: THE WENGER THREAD
Griezmann just goes on a long long list of good to top quality players Wenger could/should have signed, but I object to the insinuation in that reporter's article. Most reporters are cúnts but it seems that the ones who work in football have achieved a whole other level of cuntdom.
Re: THE WENGER THREAD
Arsenal are out of the title race in December, nobody even cares and half the fan base are still wanking over a loss. The club's dead.
Re: THE WENGER THREAD
Arsenal were out of the title race in May when Wenger signed his new contract. They're out of next seasons title already as well for the same reason!
Re: THE WENGER THREAD
So 15 games in we have lost a third of them and would need City to lose five (effectively six with the goal difference) games to win the league.
Out of the title race by December but most of our spineless supporters still won't rise up to kick them out. I would get rid of them all from the owner, the board (for giving Wenger total power) as well as the manager and his coaches, who continuously fail but do nothing about it.
Gazidis' statement about scouting Europe and deciding there was no better looks even more laughable now than it did when he said it. If he had any shred of decency, he would resign - but we know he hasn't.
The only crumb of comfort being sp*rs have gone back to be sp*rs after going close the last two seasons.

Re: THE WENGER THREAD
To some it's our usual season of hit and miss and we are not going to finish below 7th so ergo...
We are averaging around 1.9points per game and would probably end up with 70points. Bad but not bad enough to see mass action and fans can still celebrate finishing above Spurs as it stands.

Sorry, no, if it is not Walcott or Ramsey saying it after we've beaten someone like Palace then I'm not buying it.Gunner Rob wrote: ↑Mon Dec 04, 2017 2:30 pmwe're gonna win the league !

Re: THE WENGER THREAD
Anyone see TA6 on Goals On Sunday? Made for interesting viewing. When one of the two utter morons that present it asked him outright if Arsenal can win the title again under Wenger he said "no, not with this squad".
