Wayno/ Mutley Gooner

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

onemoreminute hunted out a couple of photos of Wayno, Gus and Chasx2 but internet gremlins got in the way so here they are;

From Wayno's 40th Birthday celebrations - I'm sure Gus might have a story or two to go with the pics...

Left to right; Charlie Charlie, Wayno and Gus.

Happy times. So sad that both Chasx2 and Wayno were taken from their loved ones much too soon. :(

Cheers DB10 for putting these up, 3 brilliant blokes, sadly 2 no longer with us, personally when I first joined in 2007 and got Steve to join as well, it was Gus and Wayno who we seemed to click with and meet for beer and a good laugh, whatever the result :barscarf:

Now that was some weekend........

There was a Boys Brigade event of some kind or other in the field next door and they had these huge quartermaster marquee tents full of stuff. The bet was to steal the biggest thing from them without being caught. It started of with pots, pans etc being robbed as we crept in under the cover of darkness. Then trays of peaches and some ham burgers.

I'm pleased to say I won by eventually returning undetected with a four man kayak which we then rowed round the field until about 4am.

At home I've got a video of us burning Edward Sheringham taken on the same weekend.

Also that weekend Charlie borrowed a tent but he put it up totally wrong and all the poles snapped during the night and we woke up to fine him under a tent that resembled an omelette. How they snapped Wayno and me will never know

Oh and Wayno's dad met Doris for the first time that weekend. He walked straight up to her, grabbed her top bollocks and gave them a good jiggle. 'I'm Wayne's dad and I love your tits, nice to meet you"!

No need to ask where he got it from!

If someone can let me know their email I've got another photo or two I can share!

How you doing big man, long time no speak?

I only found out about Wayno last day or so, absolutely stunned, as you have said, fantastic family man :(

I remember you all coming to Steve's funeral and wake, I know that it was a long way for you all to come, but you were all there, meant the world,

Anyway, lets get the OG back where it belongs, it may not be the biggest Gooner forum going, but for me, its where it all started and where the greatest memories I have had, happened :barscarf:

On my daughters lives I cannot remember what the remote control 'incident' was! Seen it mentioned a couple of times but I've no memory of it.

Honestly I've not a clue about that!

from memory, it was one of those nights on the OG where 'one upmanship' pursued.

There was a poster who back in the day was know as MrGnu, who liked to post pics of random things, not to be outdone, step forward our very own Gus!!

The main pic in question was of you, starkers, facing your tv, looking back at the photographer (Doris) with your sky remote wedged between your arse!! :barscarf:

I'm sure the first ban was not far off from there!!
