Wayno/ Mutley Gooner

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Oi. Don't blame me. Every mod on here had serious run ins with the boys when they were drunk, but I do remember trying to mod and cry with laughter at the same time. Good old bad old days.

Hello all,

As several others have I thought it was a good time to 'come out of retirement'.

I've read the thread about Wayno maybe a hundred times. Sometimes I've laughed whilst reading, sometimes I've cried. Whichever way it's gone it's reminded me every time how much fun it was to have a stupidly generous, caring and possibly quite mental bloke like Wayne as a good mate.

Sure he upset a few on more than one occasion, as did I, but that guy was really solid. You really couldn't ask for a better mate in good times and bad!

Anyhow, I'm pretty sure the twisted fucker wouldn't want us mourning today! So I'm sat here brandy in hand reliving every funny moment I remember and chuckling to myself like a little kid. From drinking in a Fulham pub whilst their fans looked at him as if he'd walked of a spaceship to watching him at Wembley Central trying to intimidate Chelsea with some kinda North London Haka!

Anyway I won't go on. You've all got great memories of Mutley and I hope they bring a smile and perhaps a dirty laugh to your face when you remember him!

From dwarf porn to New Years eves and holidays to seriously kicking me up the arse at times and sorting me out I've got so much to be thankful for when it comes to Wayne. As I met him through here, as I did Charlie/Steve, I've got so much to thank this forum for too.

The one thing I can't get my head round is.....how the fuck am I still here when guys as wonderful as Steve/Charlie and Wayno/Mutley are gone? Fucking odd being the last of these three amigos standing!

Well I'm going to the legends game in a couple of weeks and obviously I'm hoping that Mr Ceasar will be making an appearance if not captaining the side. My plan is to hide something in the ground pertinent to Wayne that might never be found. The plan sounds a bit 'Fred West' I know but I'd like to think Wayno would approve!

Hope you're all well ladies, gents and the wee Oirish bollocks DB10. I was worried you was involved in the Alton Towers tragedy but then I reminded myself they'd never had let you on one of the grown up rides.

Oh and Spuddy, glad to see you are still about. With the wife being fully in charge and 'pegging' you viciously so often I thought you'd be in two halves like a Twix bar by now.

(I've just spent half hour trying to remember how to post a fucking photo and I can't!)

Love, love, love this thread.

Love the banter, love the tales but especially love *word censored* like me not being around for years and still recognizing when the time was right, when the man was right

I won't dare to pretend me and Wayno were pals but we definitely shared a warped sense of humour.

Gus smashed his eulogy. I can't believe he Frankbutchered it gag free but when the Doris is piling down a good black 8 inch rimmer, he's left with his words and sore throat

If I never post here again, and I probably will now, but even if I don't, y'all are going down in a blaze of antagonist glory.

Wayno style 8)

Wow. Uncle Gus. Percy. So many words spring to mind; geebag, period breath, gash features, fat balding hermaphrodite.... :rubchin:

:D

Great to see you back on here, mate. And top eulogy for Wayno. Some good memories too - I had actually forgotten the whole Spuddy's missus bitch slapping him on here incident!

Is the Doris still using you as a parking space for her 10" strap-on? :rubchin: I hope so. I really do.

Welcome back, mate.

Welcome back buddy - speaking for myself I can say that it would be great to get you back on here on a regular basis again :barscarf:

Just a little heads up for you - you may recall that back in the day there was a very, very small number of us (inc you and wayno) who wanted wenger out, but since that time many of those blinkered fools who used to abuse us for that stance ( ), have now realised the error of their ways and have become enlightened 8) It reinforces the view that we are prophets and are years ahead of our piers  :barscarf:

Oooh a positive welcome.......rather unexpected

Anyhow thanks to the powers that be (not the moderators, I'm talking organ grinders not monkeys) for letting me join again

I see DiminutiveBitch10 is still obsessed with size. I'd rather hoped you'd got over that by now but I guess using a cat flap to enter and leave the house slaps it in your face (literally) on a daily basis.

Reb, Augie, NBM etc seem lovely and calm as per usual. Number 5 is still obsessed with staying up on Subday nights to look at men's helmets and their tight trousers. As for IHH, surely you've viewed everything XHamster has to offer by now? Or are you still so 'herbally relaxed' you can't remember where your iPad is let alone what grot you watched on it last night? Are you aware of a producer on there called Backroom Casting Couch? I can recommend his work.

Oh and the great Wenger debate still rumbles on. As Augie points out I don't want to say we told you so but we fucking did, you didn't listen and now you have Sanogo got your £1400 a year.

Still, give him one more year hey!

Oh and for those interested, yes I've less hair, yes a stone heavier and going grey. Apparently when I don't shave for a few days I look the spit of Neil Ruddock!

So as you can see, life's good!!!
