It doesn't come near bergkamps goal or at least half a dozen scored by both db and th ! But still a great goal borne out of determination that unfortunately the same player too often doesn't show!
Goal of the season?? I hope so!
It was about all Giroud could do with it to be fair.a cross behind him,he tried the audacious and it came off,he could never ever replicate it if he tried,he was on a hiding to nothing,it could quite easily have ended up in the Holloway Road, but it didnt,no-one would have blamed him if he missed the ball totally,it was a shit cross, least he was honest enough to say it was a bit lucky......

Nice to see the real Giroud miss a sitter from a yard out before that though.

Anyone with an ounce of noggin knows there are far better Arsenal goals...

Henry's against manure

Bergkamp's against the toon

Pires against villans

But Giroud's goal is still very good.

Scores third tonight and an undeserved win is on the cards..Grab the ball and get the fucking game restarted.. There are four minutes to go and they are on their knees..No its much better to run to the fans and imitate the scorpion. That's why people don't like Giroud, it's his arrogance that does it for most
