You are forgetting he has the devil's luck. We will "snatch" 4th place and it will be hailed as a magnificent achievement and the poxy media will orgasm over our 250th straight year in the fucking boring group stages (is there a stage after that?) of the European All Comers League....Perryashburtongroves wrote:5th or lower because this is the season when everything catches up with him and he's made to look the total *word censored* he really is.
Where do you think we will end up in May?

Yeah. We'd finish sixth but somehow, just fucking somehow, we'd win the European Cup and he'd stay for another ten years.DB10GOONER wrote:You are forgetting he has the devil's luck. for the first time ever I am going to predict that we will finish outside of the top 4.
Chelsea and Liverpool without european committments look certainties.
Tottenham of course remain the great enigma and I wouldnt want to ever predict that we finish below them.
However can you really see Wenger finishing ahead of Guardiola and Mourinho given the tough away fixtures we have got to come?
No me neither.

I put fifth, but thinking about it brings terrifying visions into my head. Merson, Nicholas, IWWW, Keown etc all saying "it's unacceptable, disgraceful, something has to change etc " and then all saying "Wenger should be given the opportunity to turn things round and the new contract was deserved ...
then it goes black and I jump .......................

Voted 4th, but I couldn't give a fuck.
I am asked occasionally by others where we are in the table, I always answer that I don't know and it doesn't matter. I don't even look further than the next game. We'll always get the VT and it will always mean nothing, other than another good fucking in the Be All and End All.
It does look like Chelsea and Liverpool will be the top two. Despite Guardiola and Mourinho at the Mancs, I think we'll fluke our way in there, seeing as Guardiola is almost as stubborn as TOF.
However...

Personally, I'm hoping to end up in Portugal for a couple of weeks in May.

"Julgará em Maio" might be more correct though... if it's Wenger we are talking about...
