Re: FA CUP V SOTON
Can't believe it
They are my local team who I have started going to this season!!
Been enjoying it and then look who rocks up
Well I will be guaranteed a ticket but good luck to everyone else!
Facilities for away supporters
Allocation will be 755.
Standing only, 1 toilet and 1 burger van.
To access the away end you have to walk through a muddy park.
It will be an amazing occasion

You can't switch these days and going to Sutton makes the Wrexham ground look like WembleyClash wrote:Yeah a proper tie ... until they decide to switch it to the Emirates to get more moneyg88ner wrote:Sutton away. Thats a proper FA cup draw!

How long before Wenger starts talking about it being an unfair advantage?Redarmy wrote:Redarmy wrote:Perryashburtongroves wrote:You're no longer allowed to switch the tie. 5000 capacity at Gander green lane....
Wonder if they will swap with Emirates....60,000 big pay day for them
OK interesting, so Gander Green Lane it is then, looks like a climb up the nearest tree could be in order
artificial surface too....

Ah okay I didnt know that ... a pleasant surprise to know there is a positive change that has been made in favour of the romance of the cup.Gunner Rob wrote:You can't switch these days and going to Sutton makes the Wrexham ground look like WembleyClash wrote:Yeah a proper tie ... until they decide to switch it to the Emirates to get more moneyg88ner wrote:Sutton away. Should be interesting. And a bit of a contrast to the large away followings we've taken to the last 2 FA cup games.

as stated by another poster, they cannot do that...what is possible though is moving because ground is to small maybe with Police approval to another ground under 20 miles away...but would be giving up any chance they might have

It's a great draw for Craig Eastmond too.
He is now the star player at Sutton but he did play in the Champions league for Arsenal a few years ago.
He is about the same standard as Denilson Denilson was kept, whereas poor old Eastmond got shown the door

Just seen an ad that Sutton are selling half season tickets for £59. One way of guaranteeing getting a ticket I suppose
