Karanka sacked

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Karanka sacked

Post by Rugby Gooner »

Just announced on SSN.
I hope that the Arsenal Board are watching, and take note of owners taking pro-active action when a manager is no longer delivering results on the pitch

You seem to be questioning the Messiah !! How dare you ?!! Exactly how many years have you had in football ??

Don't you realise that he laid the foundation for Monaco's current success when he left the Club 23 years ago ?!!

Pfft, people like you.

Surprise sacking IMO i kn ow they are 2nd from bottom but no transfer window so anyone coming in will have as tough a job as him, maybe after last season he deserved more time? Reckon they saw Leicester since Ranieri and decdied to give it a go

Get promotion - then get sacked the following year because you are in relegation battle.

Modern football is shite

According to @BlackScarfAFC he also "built their stadium with his bare hands, created a F1 circuit nearby, & banged Princess Grace."
It is on Twitter so it must be true.

Bit harsh. Seeing as he took them up in the first place.

Be careful what you wish for 8)

I hate modern football's sacking culture too; brought about by the money in the PL and greed. We have the opposite problem, a leech who won't leave; brought about by the money and absolute power he is given by our useless board. More greed.

Totally agree. There must be a happy medium between trigger-happy clubs like Chelsea, City, United and Leicester (all of whom it has to be said have usually been vindicated in terms of results after they have frequently changed managers at the drop of a hat) and Arsenal who imagine that they are being classy when they are just being negligent.

Ah Herdus, verily thou art a heretic. He and God are inseparable, they are as one. Hast thou heard not of the Holy Quartet....God the Father, God the Son, God the Holy Spirit and Arsene ??!

Get thou to the confessional for your penance, lest yes should burn in Hell's eternal fires.

Arsene is the Light, the only true way.

Boro can sack who they want as long as they stay away from Michael O'Neil

Arsene is the Light, the only true way.
In the beginning Wenger created the heaven and the earth.
Islington was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of Ashburton.
And the Spirit of Wenger moved upon the face of the waters.
And he said let there be Emirates and there was Emirates !
And he saw it was good and all his own work.
