As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

That is exactly what players like Crouch and Carroll do against us - peel off the back so that they only have to deal with challenges from the likes of Monreal and Bellerin. Not that any of our centre backs are much good in the air.
I'm not sure they managed to get close enough to our goal to put many crosses in?? They were absolutely appalling. Badly organised wth no pressing game and no speed on the counter.
They had a 2/3 free kicks after lanzini and noble dived, Xhaka was the next across the line and much bigger so they should have swapped but no our robots can't think for themselves .
Its basic common sense defending and easily done but we dont learn and we dont adapt !

Easy wins against dogshit Palace and Middlesbrough sides, 2 year contract @£11mil p/a announced, rimmed in the FA Cup Semi, and a scrappy 4th-5th place finish
Big Sam has sorted Palace out.....look at their result at Chelsea. Does anyone imagine next Monday will be easy?
We were talking about this last night. A torrid, turgid, battling performance awaits next Monday...might crawl out of there with a draw....... If we're lucky.
Remember 2003......... 2-0 up against Allerdyces battling Bolton....a precursor of the many, many capitulations & failures to come.. Sam will actually look at what needs to be done to get a result. Wenger will be looking down at the ground between his legs, or at the 4th official.
Spot on,we will probably win tonight but not next monday.I suspect beefed curtains will be on the menu at selhurst
It won't matter to le farthole though,he will have announced hes staying by then (it's already signed,we all know it)
I still think Wenger's deal with the devil is intact
Did it kick off much? Saw no one in the away end except all along the clock end side, and no spaces at all in the first block of the Clock End (Or is it South Bank now ) Then suddenly one space in that block emptied and the stewards were there
