Re: HMRC raids
Fraud in football? Whatever next? Same old story, football clubs raided, somebody arrested, everybody else left alone, no charges, no court case and the whole business carries on as normal. How many times have we been through this? It will be exactly the same as that doping issue last year in that when it comes down to it, nobody wants to get involved, nobody wants to dig too deep and it's all brushed under the carpet after a couple of months.
Re: HMRC raids
That's Freemasonary for you! Or something similar. Couple of strings pulled, a few nods and winks and then, as you say, just sweep the whole thing under the carpet.Perryashburtongroves wrote:Fraud in football? Whatever next? Alladyce being back in football just months after being disgraced as the England manager is a fucking joke.

Can you imagine if Wenger was pulled in. He'd flatly refuse to accept the irrefutable evidence and then baffle the HMRC with so much bullshit, that they'd end up giving him a tax rebate !!

Re: HMRC raids
So today we've seen clubs getting raided on suspicion of fraud, Moyesie getting charged by the FA, chav Barton receiving an 18 month ban and I just got sent a link to a video showing John Terry's mother giving a gob job to some geezer.
What a day to be alive
