Europa League (merged thread)

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

I had my route all plotted for a decent price before checking for hotels.

Every room in Ostersunds has sold out on the Wednesday and Thursday. Too slow!

anyone interested in that away leg?

Would be an interesting journey from Stockholm to ostersund, provided there is even a station there  :barscarf:
Personally I'd love to do that away leg mate - is that an offer ??!!

Rather watch this than any of those wankfest trips to the Camp Nou or Allianz.

Lets go and give the butchers and bakers and candlestick makers of northern Sweden a good hiding

:barscarf: :barscarf: :barscarf:
I'm up for going. Can't quite work out why but I fancy this one. New place, blonde birds but expensive booze.
:barscarf: :barscarf: :barscarf:

I think its because its one of the few games that would see only the old skool turn up - not a fucking trendy beard or lentil soup in sight, albeit it might come in handy when its minus 15.

If anyone has a sniff of tickets let me know. I've already plotted my route - happy to share the travel pain and joy!

To be honest I long for seasons of mediocrity if it finally makes that wig wearing c.unt disappear and go and wreck something else, and take his bunch of cronies and Shit for Brains with him.

Send for Sean Dyche!
I think we already have a kit man, mate. :rubchin:

It is very cold, about -11 degrees today.

I don't think our players will fancy it much
I'm looking forward to it. Flight gets in early enough so plenty of time to check out the local drinking establishments.

I managed to find these

http://www.bishopsarms.com/Ostersund
Which is supposed to be an Irish pub

http://www.dalwhinnie.se
This one seems to be a restaurant that doubles as a Whisky bar
There's also http://www.janedoebar.se but word of warning, none of these open before 4pm some 5pm.
I think something to do with strict laws on buying booze and food
.
