Kolasinac signs

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Confirmed on the Arsenal website

Most assists for a defender last year in Germany, 23 years old, 6ft...

Where does that leave Gibbs? I think this could be the summer he moves on to find regular football?

Sead could share the LWB with Gibbs. Monreal probably will be used more at CB.

Doubt Gibbs going anywhere, although he needs more playing time to secure his international career. Tbh, Gibbs didn't do too badly the few games he played this season.

Peace
Gibbs is gash.

As is ramsey, walcott, wenger, bould, medical team, the whole fuckin' lot of the ceeeunnttss except for Alexis, Ozil, The Ox and Bellerin.

Schalke fans are full of praise for the lad and there was plenty of interest in him what increased with how well he played this season
But he wanted to play for the Arsenal :barscarf:

Kolasinac is a good signing, but it all depends where and how Wenger plays him.
He ran down his contract at Schalke so he could join us on a Bosman, , which is good business for Arsene PLC, and for him.
He's not super super, but a very good second tier defender, which is where we are.

Of course we also need a bit of cash spare for our £122m bid for Mbappe... :?:
£122 Million is just to sign him up for our Virtual squad, if we actually want to sign him to Wear the Red & White and Play...It's a whole lot more.

#justsaying.
indeed, but we don't have to pay the £122m all in one go either...

#strangelyhopeful* :-P

*just back from Guns n' Roses, worse for wear!
