Charity Shield

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Nice use of the correct title "Charity Shield". 8) I hate all this rebranding of trophies etc... marketing bastards... :box: :cussing:
Yes DB, you can teach an old dog new tricks, but you can't trick the old dog!..
I do these things intentionally to keep some semblance and order for the old scholarship..
Very much a traditionalist but we are a dying breed mate, avin a laugh, a windup and sometimes a clip round the ear if you can catch me!...

I'm with you brother. I am very much a traditionalist. I loved all the Arsenal traditions over the decades and it's one of many things I hate about Wenger and this Board - the discarding of so many of our wonderful traditions. :|

They did. Apparently it was Gallas that first pushed that cool tradition to the side, and fucking Wenger let him. :banghead: :censored:
