Charity Shield

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

nice to win but it means nothing,as per come next week Chelsea, city, utd, liverpool will hit the ground running and will be out of sight by the end of October.all the old problems are still there,a goalkeeper who should be pensioned off,a young defence who have costly moments of madness, not a single DM worthy of the title,Kondogbia is up for grabs again we should go for him and without Alexis a limp dicked forward line, and Lacazette WTF!

Way to early to write of Lacazette, although we all can see Klonasiac qualities straight away...

When he was putting his shirt on to come on i thought he had to be overweight....but no he's built like a brick shit house, we have needed someone like that for years....a physical presence at the back...dont fuck with me style

Like the way he plays, lets hope he is allowed to keep playing that way......

Remember when Xaha first joined, fantastic long range shooting, since then nothing

and Lacazette WTF!

What are you expecting ? He showed movement and a fair amount of ball skill , when he has Ozil providing and another forward making space for him he should be alright.

Just gotta hope they blaze 1 high and wide!
And they obliged...the one that did hit the target crashed in..while helmut head was on his knees on the opposite side of the goal.
