The PRE-SEASON FRIENDLIES Thread

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Gazidis on the pre season tour:

"It’s been a brilliant, brilliant pre-season tour. First of all, brilliant off the field in terms of the preparation for the players, fitness work and everything on the football side that goes with that. But off the field, the welcome from the fans in Sydney and here in China has been incredible. Everywhere we’ve gone there has been hundreds and thousands of fans, 200,000 plus in attendance at the games. "

yeah fuck the fact that the team is complete and utter shit

Basically he's saying f*ck you British fans we have so many overseas we don't need you, you know what Ivan, ask wiggy, I'm sure the greedy c*nt will happily move the club to Beijing or Sydney and then you don't have to put up with the terrible "hostile environment" at home.

You are right mate, they do not want British supporters, especially the white, male, hetrosexual ones,as we do not fit their politically correct demographic.

For anyone interested, they have coverage of both days of the Emirates Cup live on Quest,(sky 144)

200,000 people who are happy to buy the merchandise and never question the performance or management.
Exactly what the club wants.
