The PRE-SEASON FRIENDLIES Thread

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Apparently half our team came down with "food poisoning" in a lovely tribute to our friends up the road's 2006 end of season DiarrheaFest
Good job Sanchez didn't go, don't think he would have like sweet and sour dog with cat chow mein. They are savages over there.
Jesus mate.... that's poor. :|
It's also true they eat dogs not sure about cats

No need to call them "savages" because of a cultural difference though. We eat pork which many cultures would find appalling...

True but in my humble opinion eating dogs is very similar to cannibalism because dogs need humans like humans do. Pigs don't.
Anyway I'm off for a steak

2-0 to the Chavs, no pre-season wankfeast for the AKB's?.

Bramall looks like a non-league player, his first touch is awful.

Maitland- miles is a worry for me, seems to be rated by Wenger and on the edges of the squad but has looked out of his depth everytime I've seen him play.
And I think I'm going to lose patience with xhaka very quickly, gave him the benefit last year as it was his first season...but I'm struggling to see what he brings to the party.
