So new season, same manager, essentially the same team and without doubt the same old, same old problems.... so serious answers here all, where are we finishing?

I think the front line looks decent and certainly good enough to carry us to 3rd. Defence and midfield typically lack cohesion and not compact enough but these are by products of the outdated philosophy the fraud peddles. I think CL football will stretch main protagonists and leave door open for us. The fraud will probably throw away the Europa league to reach the holy grail again that is top 4.

I think this season will be all about the be all & end all finishing place. Wenger will spin everything about getting back into the CL.

5th I think, though wouldn't surprise me if we nick 4th. The only thing we can guarantee is we'll finish 10-20 points behind the champions as always!

Through process of elimination I voted Europa League. I doubt we'll get the VT, nor do I care, despite The Old Fraud prioritizing it over an actual winnable European trophy. Then again, this is a guy who has never won a European trophy in 34 years of management.

So 5th-7th I reckon, although it could could get interesting with an 8th-10th. I'd take a 15th-17th if it actually got the bastard out. I wonder how long it will take for TOF to do a Clough and take us down

Definitely agree with this. Our whole season will be about getting in the top 4 which will be spun as a success.

Chelsea look like they are carrying the curse of defending champions again and heading for another disastrous season. I can see Liverpool and Spurs also having a fairly average season and these factors will sure leave the door open for us.
