I have advocated the hiring of ancelotti as our next manager for a long time now - granted he isn't the radical new manager like simeone is (for example), but I think that he would be a very unassuming and practical appointment and the type of guy that would be ideal to transition from an outdated French cock, to a modern day innovator 8)

There are some people who think its worth pointing out that Arsenal led 2-1 on aggregate if you only count the first half of both legs :barscarf:

Of course out of both managers involved in that shocking scoreline, it was obvious Ancelotti would go first. I dont like Bayern Munich but they are a ruthless club run by football people who take pride in what happens on the pitch because a lot of them have a history with the club.

They are exactly what we could have been but are not and never will be.
