I see Wenger called the penalty decision "scandalous" I hope the FA ask him to explain that comment and follow it up with a hefty fine.

I know the money is meaningless but it's nice to see him questioned without being arrogantly and airily allowed to dismiss the question.

I wonder what he thought of the nailed on penalty not being awarded to WBA... or didn't he see the incident?

Just read those wankers at Untold Arsenal....like to read what these tossers are thinking .....its incredible what they come up with

worrying thing is these wankers can actually vote and are walking around in normal society

apparently its all down to whole of England being corrupt including the premier league....

of course nothing to do with the team, tactics or indeed the manager.......

How can we have a goalkeeper who cannot EVER save a penalty? Even Almunia saved penalties.
That's the keeper we bought to win us the league don't you know? :D :D :D

Honestly, the bloke was over the hill 12 months before we signed him and has been shite (barring the odd game) ever since he joined. He doesn't even try to save the penalties - just collapses in a heap in the middle of the goal

If he had stayed in the middle of the goal and stuck out his left arm he would have saved it. Instead he ALWAYS makes a decision to dive one way...and it is ALWAYS the wrong way :banghead: :banghead: :banghead:

After results going for us elsewhere, it was a yet another opportunity missed.
An opportunity for what exactly?
To stay in the hunt for the VT?. Honestly what is the point of watching Arsenal in the PL (and CL for that matter)?, only watched yesterday because I still haven't got around to cancelling BT sport and even then half the time I was playing a computer game as I couldn't be f*cked to bore myself stupid by actually focusing on our game.

People actually pay to watch this sh*t?.
I remember last season, a reporter asked wanker, if the season was a failure, since we weren't going to finish in the VT, and his answer was to say, that the season hadn't gone as planned, but could still be a success. So the guy, who thinks CL qualification is the be all and end all, thinks a season without CL is still a success. Our entire existence as a club, is to allow the master of spin turn any negative situation into a success, to make himself look good.

This team is definitely the most imbalanced Arsenal sides I've ever seen. Whiles Lacazette has genuine technical ability, I would question his engine and endurance. He simply doesn't graft enough for me and it's worrying that he can't seem to last 90minutes. We've put together a mixture of flawed footballers and downright flawed athletes. We are a sitting duck against any half decent side away from home. Even with players behind the ball we still somehow manage to look wide open.

Just watched MOTD....try watch it if you haven't seen it. Cleverley must be standing, not running, not walking, standing, on the penalty spot for about 10 seconds while Xhaka is standing directly behind him on the edge of the box watching the play.....the ball rolls loose to Cleverley, standing completely unmarked...and BANG, 2-1

Murphy and Wrighty commenting on it saying Xhaka is NOT a holding midfielder and has no sense of danger.

35m he cost...we could have got Kante for that :banghead: :banghead: :banghead:
I love the way Monreal just turns round like a bloke who's lost his dog over the park,no idea of any danger, mind you it was coming, this is a bang average side,as soon as they got the penalty there was only one winner,
Ozil changed the game when he came on,1-0 up and the melt weakens an already weak shapeless side,a limp dicked shot one on one and a minute later they're level.
Monreal actually runs back towards the post (in the wrong and cowardly way) very funny to watch!!
Monreal has been one of the few positive performers in this side. He has his limitations and looks weak in close combat but I think he is one of the few intelligent footballers in this side. I haven't seen a replay of the goal so I can't comment but I think the rot started with Ozil casually typically losing possession and Elneny/Xhaka failing to recognise the danger. The entire team looked disoriented in the moments leading to Watford's goal.

There you have it...no intention of even going after the title. And people still go watch.
Xiss, that article is interesting in that i'm fairly sure that most of us have been saying this for a few years on here but up until now the majority of the media has not recognised it or ignored it, but really it tells us nothing we didn't already know except that finally more of the media are waking up.

Going back to the game, i said during the match i was incredulous that people were moaning about the way we were playing, this is Arsenal now and has been for probably a good 6 or 7 years, many Arsenal fans including some on here really do look at our club through rose-tinted glasses. We have not been a league winning team for so many years now, we don't play good football, we don't play fast football, we don't play decisive football except in that rare instance where the stars align, the sun rises in the West and snow falls in September

Arsene is the the manager, recruiter, coach and tactician for this team and every single issue within the team usually stems from him, however i'm going to shift part of the blame from him for once, these players are well payed professional athletes supposedly but fuck me yesterday when Welbeck went off any semblance of professionalism went out the window.

Now don't get me wrong i'm not saying that Welbeck was holding things together, he wasn't but as soon as he went off every player barring one or two shut off. When Kos went off it got even worse, what the fuck is wrong with this bunch of melts, i don't care how bad a manager we have the players should be good enough as a team in a club of our size to adapt themselves to changing circumstances but they can't, as has been said Arsenal PLC really is the Colney Creche.

For those who still maintain Arsene is the first and foremost problem needing removing you are fucking demented, every single thing about our club needs changing root and branch, a change of manager under current circumstances is worthless because i would bet my mortgage that the new manager would be a second class yes man, this club is no longer interested in challenging for trophies, improving in footballing terms or being a genuine force in English, never mind European football. There is only one thing which matters to Arsenal PLC, the Chairman and the BOD and that is money, money, money.

I Guarantee any manger replacing AW would be working under the same constraints as AW and nothing will make me believe that a top class manager would come to this club and spend any more than a year or two here before realising we are a club that is stagnating and going no where and would then be off under the current ownership regime.

Even with players behind the ball we still somehow manage to look wide open.

This is right on the money. At least half the problem is that even our defenders aren't fully tuned in defensively.

The rest, and especially the midfield aren't. If Troy Deany can spot that, it's hardly surprising that City and Harry Kane can.

He simply doesn't graft enough for me and it's worrying that he can't seem to last 90minutes. We've put together a mixture of flawed footballers and downright flawed athletes. We are a sitting duck against any half decent side away from home. Even with players behind the ball we still somehow manage to look wide open.

Wenger has never addressed the issue of a real defensive midfielder, someone who knows how to defend and tackle....there is no cover for the defence.....still what the fuck do i know i am not pocketing £9 million a year and been in football for 30 years

Removing Wonga wont solve everything, I think this would be pretty obvious to even the casual observers, but it would be the first step to rehabilitation. When the fraud goes people will realise how much he's holding this club. It's not going to magically turn us into title winners and we would probably get worse in the interim because the new coach ( note I don't use the term manager because Wenger is anything but) has to stop the rot on the playing side first and it's not going to be a 90minute job. You can blame the players all you want, we've seen several players come and go, yet the issues remain the same. Even when he had the best team in the country the despicable cunnt underachieved massively.

The only way I can see Wenger going being the "first step to rehabilitation" is if we get relegated or at least start to sit in the bottom half and the fans either disappear or turn up with pitchforks to get rid of Kroenke and co.

I said I would give it till next summer but frankly I'm already at the stage now where I'm ready to walk away from what crumbling remains are left of Arsenal FC.

Makes me laugh when I see these YouTube videos etc. where people analyse the games in detail and discuss all the tedious bollocks that happens on the field ad nauseam, it is all meaningless drivel until the shower of c**ts running the club do one because very little will change with the stale corporate structure in place, we are just part of an "investment portfolio" for a wig wearing c*nt from the other side of the Atlantic.

Until the majority of fans stop behaving like zombies it's day of the dead mixed with groundhog day at the bowl every week.

Anyone care to explain the so called constraints Wenger is working under? £10m per annum salary, circa £100m transfer budgets per season, £200m plus wage bill, no pressure to deliver apart from being able to zip up a long coat properly in front of tv cameras. Sounds like a dream job to me.

When you play so called weaker teams, you need someone with energy that can pick the lock ,like Santi Carzola !
He has been out for a season and a half and turns 33 in December , we have known he may never return for some considerable time but we have made no steps to replace him and of course he's still on the gravy train .
I can only think that creatively Wenger thinks that Ramsey is the answer ,a massive miscalculation.
Wilshere might be able to do it but his decision making isn't good and his attitude makes him a powder keg .
So who will we get with the maga millions we got for Sanchez and Ozil . . . . . erm ah ???
This seasons Mismanagement of assets could lead to us sinking faster then the drip drip drip leakage of the last 10 seasons .
Sanchez and Ozil will be able to talk contracts with Paris Sans Gazillions or Moneychester City after December when humungadosh contracts are waved in their free transfer faces and their intensity levels for Arsenal hit an all time low !

Absolutely pathetic... Can't believe I was there to watch us play as we did

Zero creativity.
Xhaka picking his nose half the game
Iwobi having a moment to lay on the floor in the box as we recovered the ball and were in the final third
Ozil messing up 1v1 with the keeper
Laca just doesn't look up for it tbh
No reason for not starting Ramsey/Sanchez. Wenger babysitting millionaires
Wenger putting on Holding when he could have put Eleny in the back and put on Wilshere for a last-ditch push to save the game

All in all, disgraceful :banghead:
