Question bout buying ticket for Wham in Low fat milk cup

Post by Poundland »

Hi,

Forgive my ignorance in asking these questions if the answers are obvious but:

I live abroad but will be in London over Christmas and would love to attend the league cup game v Wham, regarding buying a ticket..

*I thought I might have a chance of buying a ticket from the club for face value as it seems that previous league cup games have gone on general (non-membership) sale however the wording on the official website rather implies that for safety reasons tickets may only be available to members however it's not 100% clear:

"Tickets are only available to members who renewed or joined the Arsenal membership before 17:00pm on Thursday, October 26, 2017.

We have made this decision following consultation with the Police and to ensure we are in line with crowd segregation requirements. We do apologise for any inconvenience this causes.

Please note visiting supporters that purchase a ticket in the home end for this fixture are likely to be ejected from the stadium."

Can anybody confirm that there WON'T be a general sale for this game? Thx

*What's the gen on buying tickets from touts outside the stadium? Can I be sure that I will be allowed entry for sure? I've never visited Trashburton before and would prefer not to make an expensive mistake.

Thanks for any assistance

Sounds like no general sale; reason being that West Ham fans could buy tickets in the home end.

Surely you are better off asking in the ticket section to see if someone would lend you their membership for the night rather than going down a tout angle?

Yup, think you're probably right. Thx for the advice.
Was looking for the easiest/cheapest option and was generally curious about buying from touts outside the ground

Actually..out of curiosity. I wonder what the touts were selling tickets for outside the ground last night (BATE). Anybody nab one?

no general sale for a london derby but you should be able to get two tickets from the ticket section of the site, might want to up the post count first as people need to be either known or have a bit more then 4 posts tbh.
