Palace Away

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

We're going to be sooo much better without Sanchez...

tbf he's been shit most of the season...strange how he's suddenly woken up as the transfer window approaches :rubchin:
So you genuinely think we'll be better off without him?!, if he's been shit then most of our squad have been raw stinking sewage!.

Wenger takes Lacazette off again around 70', he just can't help himself with these silly little rituals can he?.
We would be better off with a happy in form Sanchez...but not an unhappy one who wants out.
I love him as a player, but if he wants to leave... get rid.
And yes...most of the squad has been sewage

Commentators going on about how solid we've looked with the 3 at the back.....despite Palace opening us up time and again.

Coquelin has really shored up our back line.

Maybe but unless we signed someone like Griezmann to replace him (zero chance) then the chances are we would have dropped points tonight. We are midtable without him.

2-3 now.. hanging on

Brought on to shore things up. Doesn't touch the ball and Palace have about a dozen chances. Absolute shit player.

Palace showed us way too much respect by sitting back in the first half. Any time they went at us in the second half they tore us apart.

2 attempts on target for them - 2 goals.

Palace were sh*t tonight, a good team would have won by 3 or 4 goals, but a win is a win, though exactly what benefit comes out of this win I am not really sure?..

Saved Wenger's job and will maybe ensure Mes signs.

Think Man City could have a tougher time of it there than people think.

Wilshere needs to be starting now, definitely earned his place over Xhaka when Ramsey is back.

What a massive three points that is after Mancscum's fightback to deny the mighty Burnley the other day :barscarf: :barscarf: :barscarf:

Four points clear four points clear above Burnley
Four points clear four points clear I say
Four points clear four points clear above Burnley
And we did it in the Arsene way (by squeaking past Palace)

Without Sanchez we'd probably have lost that game, if you think this season is bad, wait for 18/19..

No he can f*ck off playing for himself not signing a new contract.

He wants to stay but he's not guaranteed a starting spot over the Swiss donkey. Don't blame him.
