Van Halen Live on US Tv - sadly Diamond Dave's voice is totally shot - mind you he always was more of a (very good) show man than a singer - But Eddie's playing is still fuckin' Awesome! - he is still the King...he plays songs live close to note perfect...Breath taking...

Def Leppard in Cologne tomorrow. Glad Cologne FC avoided the play off/relegation match vs 3rd. from the 2. Liga, so I will be only missing Hamburger SV v Karlsruher SC :barscarf:

Went and saw Mark Knopfler in Amsterdam weekend just gone. He's much better live than on CD. A great show, with great musicians without being too showy. A top quality performance.

Seeing Van Morrison next Friday. Anyone been recently? I know he's past his best but he's my favorite artist and chances to see him in the future are going to be limited.

I think Dave Grohl is taking the age old theatrical saying of 'Break a Leg' - a bit too far.....

The show was fantastic and Van was very engaged with the crowd. So happy I got to see him before there aren't any more chances to.

Madness this evening at Newmarket racecourse.

Not as young and lively as they used to be, but still a good night out:)

Saw them there 2/3 years back and a horse called Denton won :) which pleased Suggs
