I'm well aware of that Flash...my post was citing the kind who turn up at the local supermarket....in their jag/merc convertable...with NO DISABLED STICKER ON SHOWand puffing on a cigar, as they park across two spaces at an angle...'leap' out of the car - return some 20 mins later with a trolley full of bolly - in the meantime an elderly person in a car WITH DISABLED STICKER ON DISPLAY - has to park down the other end of the car park...and then it takes them 10 mins just to get to the entrance....
hence the 'able bodied' 'lazy' tags in my post....
