Bournemouth home thread

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

I have genuinely ran out of fucks to give.
Agreed, the last 13 years have taught most of us (non-AKB) that winning 1, 2, 5 games is futile in the bigger picture - we always end up playing for 4th and even that is probably gone now and not many really gave a f*ck about that anymore!.

Boycott the fucking thing.

ST holders stay away and silvers/reds give it the two fingered salute. A half empty ground game after game should be the plan.

Totally agree. I really don't get the whole "Saturday routine" thing that people say as the reason they won't boycott. The Emirates is like a cinema showing a really shit film. Surely the best part of the day is meeting your mates for a few or food or whatever it is you care to do pre match.

Boycott and watch it in the pub if you must

Be interesting to see what the atmosphere is like in this game. It's an absolute must win - imagine the scenes if we fail to beat Bournemouth at home!

The real fun starts at Stamford Bridge the week after though... Going to get nasty when we have our arses handed to us again.

Wasn't there a film called "The Arsenal stadium mystery" ?.

Perhaps they should make "The Emirates stadium mystery" (or The Arsenal stadium mystery 2 as sequels are generally money orientated crap).

The plot could work along the lines of where have all the warchests gone missing and solving that mystery.

Great quotes there about being like showing a shit film for ten years plus

If there is to be a Cashburton Grove Mystery film, I hope it ends with the manager stepping onto a landmine :barscarf:

Naming no names, of course 8)

Ahhh.. the old bad guy comes to a sticky end routine, a bit predictable, but I'll take it.

If Bournemouth manage to frustrate Arsenal or even get an early goal Arsenal will collapse.....could hasten the end for Wenger

To quote Office Pest's brilliant Post Of The Week on the Wenger thread;

"In a dark basement somewhere in Totteridge there lies a coffin full of soil gathered in antiquity from Alsace...

The coffin is guarded day and night by ensorcelled AKBs dressed from head to toe in ceremonial club merchandise who will defend their ancient Lord and Master to the end
...."

...suddenly the coffin lid swings open... a withered and boney hand extends from within... an AKB scurries forward and places a phone in the ancient hand... from the phone seeps the sound of another phone ringing, far far away... then a voice ancient with time and shrouded in evil can be heard...

"Hi. This is Satan. I'm out glamping at the moment, but hey guys, please leave a message after the beep!"

>BEEP<

A terrible voice, dark with 30 years of football, eminates from the coffin.

"Look. I need a five nil win."

:worried:
