WBA home thread
Re: WBA home thread
Looks like there are loads of empty seats even in the lower tier. Be interesting to see the true attendance for this one.
On the field, we could have easily been a few goals down in the first half, but we seem to be controlling the match early in the second.

Strange match again, shit first half and pretty much total control second......
Re: WBA home thread
Actually quite enjoyed that. Entertaining first half and controlled the 2nd half very well. All in all a good nights work!

Lacazette and Eleny run the show. Alexis just enjoys playing.... and those here WHO waste their time and slaming our club... get a life and collect stamps

I don't get the Elneny hate. He's never going to be Liam Brady, but he always puts a shift in, his movement off the ball is good (unlike most of our team) and he did more positive things tonight than Ramsey or Xhaka. He's not the quality we need but he's no worse than the rest of our ineffectual midfield.
On a separate note; I would have liked to see Jack and Reiss Nelson given a run.

Glad we won.
Trying not to always look for the negative aspect.

What was Pubis moanin about after the game?
Re: WBA home thread
Was there a game on?
It was a shame the protest was called off. Seems like we'll go unbeaten until we meet Citeh in November.

Probably the nailed on penalty that wasn't given. We forget, not all managers are as graceful as ours, who would just let an injustice slide and exhort his boys to "get on with it"
Didn't bother to watch the 2nd half, first thing I read in the papers is that we are just one point off 4th?? There it is... installed in the DNA of the press and our "fans." FOURTH, forget about First, Fourth, fourth, fourth...Don't forget it!!!
