Lol. I'd rather spend Christmas Eve like Santa - emptying my sack. Normally I reserve such pleasures until mid-May and the lap of appreciation.

Anyway, Christmas Eve is when my Christmas shopping normally begins and ends so another reason not to watch Klopp's also rans poop all over our bunch of James Blunts again

No confirmation yet, I'm wondering if we're trying to shift the Palace game to the 27th, which would be handy for fans outside of London.

Some of the Dec fixtures are being released this Thurs and it's possible that the Xmas Eve matches and the rest of the holiday fixtures will be done on the 26th after the next round of the League Cup

Arsenal v Liverpool WILL NOT take place on Christmas Eve

set to be confirmed for Friday 22nd at 7.45pm

Leicester City v Manchester United Saturday 23rd at 7.45pm

Implications - this gives Wenger an excuse to put out a weakened League Cup side in the Quarter Finals which will be played that week as well.
Another excuse for him to fail in a competition he wouldnt be capable of winning anyway.

why is Palace not until the 28th!!!!!

so we play now on 22nd and a six day gap until the 28th.
then there are a further 2 games over New Year!

surely if we are the first to play over the 22nd/23rd weekend then we should have played Boxing Day????

that is going to mean a New Years Eve game :banghead:

We are playing Friday night, Thursday night, 4.30pm on New Year’s Eve then Wednesday night over Christmas/New Year. Just stupid.

No wonder just about every PL club plays such a weak side then in the FA cup third round.

Superb run of fixtures. Confirmation that everybody involved in the Premier League could not give a shit about match going fans. It's all about TV and the money that brings.

The bubble can't burst soon enough :banghead:

We can now confirm that the following games involving Arsenal have been rescheduled as a result of TV selections:

Arsenal v Manchester City
Thursday 1st March 2018 (originally Sunday 25th February)
Kick-off: 7.45pm
Live on: SKY SPORTS
This fixture has been postponed due to the Carabao Cup Final being played on 25th February 2018.
Please note that this fixture is still subject to Manchester City's possible participation in an FA Cup 5th Round replay.

Brighton & Hove Albion v Arsenal
Sunday 4th March 2018 (originally Saturday 3rd March)
Kick-off: 1.30pm
Live on: SKY SPORTS

Arsenal v Watford
Sunday 11th March 2018 (originally Saturday 10th March)
Kick-off: 1.30pm
Live on: SKY SPORTS

Arsenal v Stoke City
Sunday 1st April 2018 (originally Saturday 31st March)
Kick-off: 1.30pm
Live on: SKY SPORTS

The 'standard' TV selections have now been made up to 1st April 2018. Ordinarily, fixtures up to this date will not now change. However, as ever, all fixtures remain subject to change and circumstances may yet arise which result in further fixture changes.

Regards,
Arsenal Football Club

Leicester City will be moved to Sunday 18th in the unlikely event we actually win a European Knock our match.

Another reason not to watch Arsenal, as if one was needed, so many games get moved away from Saturday, it's no wonder half the stadium is empty.

It will be rescheduled if Leicester make FA Cup Quarterfinals
