Back to the usual tedium now that the only league fixture that matters has been and gone.

Cologne midweek..jaded , lot of intensity in NLD, players in red zone....take your pick....0-0 or 0-1..

At the moment I think we'll smash 'em but that opinion may change by the weekend.

Lol, excuse, why will they need an excuse?? "No need to go overboard about the loss, it's just one game"....And let's not forget, we won the only game that really matters.richie powling wrote: ↑Mon Nov 20, 2017 3:24 pmmaybe 2 at most will play a part in the europa, so team will have no excuse come sunday .Bradywasking wrote: ↑Sun Nov 19, 2017 11:16 amCologne midweek..jaded , lot of intensity in NLD, players in red zone....take your pick....0-0 or 0-1..
I think most Wenger supporters are hoping for 4th & CL, but if not will settle for top 6 and Europa.
That's where we are, get used to it.

I'd stop the season now if you offered my 6th place and winning the UEFA cupxisstential wrote: ↑Mon Nov 20, 2017 6:11 pm

Me too, but only if that involves a pant wettingly exciting night in Pireus along the way and a heroic, come from behind scramble to rob moneybags Watford of 6th spot on the final day so we can have high fives and selfies all round at Huddersfield in Mayg88ner wrote: ↑Mon Nov 20, 2017 7:33 pmI'd stop the season now if you offered my 6th place and winning the UEFA cupxisstential wrote: ↑Mon Nov 20, 2017 6:11 pm

Re: Burnley v Arsenal Sun 26th November 14.00
With the exception of the FA Cup Final last May and the game against the scum on Saturday (when we were the better team on merit and outclassed both the chav and the vermin) it's generally been the level the oppo turns up at that determines our result. If "Football Genius" Sean Dyche (©LunaticSteveO ) has them up for it and pressing early they could easily win 2-1, but if they turn up at anything under their best we could buttfuck them 3-0 or more without breaking a sweat.
We are the ultimate flat track bullies. We have no consistency and with the PL being as weak as it is we are just good enough to be bopping around at those 3rd / 4th / 5th place slots, but will never be consistent enough to win the PL under Wenger. It's why we have done so well in the FA Cup, winning 3 out of the last 4 - if the luck is with you, then you only need to turn up once every month or two, and consistency doesn't matter.

In May "Arsenal Club Overhaul 1.2" will kick in and we will finally get rid of kitman Vic Akers. Finally. #catalystforchange

Or this perhaps...could it be..could it be???
NO, says Arsene Wenger..."Wherever I have been I have always honoured my contract (except my marriage one) and I will continue, I look to the next game, I look to move the club forward, I uphold the values of the club, I...."
But it's not about me

Superb, mate.
Unfortunately that article is absolute fantasy stuff and reads like it was written by someone that has been in a coma for the last few years since Kroenke "franchised" the living fuck out of us.
Also, am I just getting old or do the graphics on that page just make it really really fucking irritating to read the text?
