Arsenal Legends today

Arsenal Legends today

Post by Rugby Gooner »

Arsenal Legends are playing Real Madrid Has-Beens, (I mean Legends), at 6pm U. K. time, today, 3/6/18
Apart from Arsenal T. V. online, does anyone know if the game is on a T. V. channel?
Feel free to delete when appropriate. :barscarf:

No just Arsenal Player but you can get a digital membership for nothing to watch it. Had forgotten about it, missus ain't gonna be happy if I start watching that after Waterford v Tipperary...

... sadly you can't cast with Arsenal Player so just on mobile devices like iPad. (or PC)

david o'leary managing too - will be interesting to see him on the touchlines in Arsenal gear - some posters still haven't forgiven him for his little lap of honour in 2000 :rubchin: :D

Seaman, eboue, anelka, sol, parlour, pires, upson, Freddie (I think), cygan that's who I saw on a video clip. I only remember Ronaldo's name from the list of Real players.
Return leg in September at our place. Hopefully, Zidane will be available to play.

Is this the first time Anelka has played for the club (in any capacity) since he left in 1999? I can't recall seeing him at any previous testiomonials or charity matches.

O' Leary looking pretty sharp on the touchline in his suit, so refreshing seeing literally anyone other than Wenger in that capacity!

Sol Campbell already gone off injured, replaced by Cygan after just five minutes. No suggestions that he'll be leaving at HT though.

Nothing unusual on this site for Seaman to be lobbed

I saw a clip of that Raul looping header and it wasn't so much that Spunky was lobbed it was more that he seems to have gotten so fat he couldn't jump off the ground. A bit fond of the gravy it seems.

Hope that fucking snake Anelka was playing for the lot.

He’s got a few big trophies on his CV after leaving us but I can’t help regarding him as one of the biggest wasted talents I’ve ever seen.

Possibly still slightly more of an Arsenal legend than Eboue mind.
