It's all a load of Cannonballs in here! This is the virtual Arsenal pub where you can chat about anything except football. Be warned though, like any pub, the content may not always be suitable for everyone.
Ten Years!! Jeeezuss it seems like just a year or two at most.
Yeah, he had an amazing voice....I remember when he first took over from Ozzy in Sabbath, and I thought there's no way he can fill that spot, then I walking into the local record shop and they were blasting out (Neon Knights) from the Heaven and Hell LP released that day... and I thought Whoaaa!

And Kudos to the amazing Vivian Campbell who was actually quite a shredder before he joined pop band Def Leppard.
Fukkin' LOVE It! Yeah Vivian Campbell knew his chops from an early age and then threw his cred away away by joining the lacquered hair-do posers with a one armed drummer.
Annie Lennox sings that song perfectly.I have never heard it before and I can see why your brother liked it.It must be a very tough time for you but one I hope is full of some great memories of your Michael.
Roger Waters can sometimes be spotted in pubs round London Colney, I've seen him play keyboards for a cover band doing a Zombies song.
I'm more into Garage Psych, Freakbeat, R&B / Funk, Northern soul, & old school '80's Indie, none of this Coldplay & their countless depressing clones shite!
There's still a few decent bands worth seeing playing out, I don't go gigs over 1000 capacity , I much prefer smaller venues & cheaper beer & admission prices.
Looks like it will be a while before we have any gigs again.
Some bands I've seen over the last couple of years............!
Been listening to Dylan's latest offering "Rough and Rowdy Days". It a brilliant album and exactly what you would expect from a 78 year old Bob Dylan. Only one track that doesn't grab my attention (Key West), the rest of the songs are just up there above anything, anyone alive could possibly write.
Track 4 is just waiting for Adele to cover, like she did with "Make You Feel My Love", which no one realised was written by Dylan and declared it the best song she had recorded.
