87% possession, 27 attempts on goal.
Lose 1 nil.
Lose 1 nil.

Will it be Nketiah....Will it be Havertz as am extremely false nine....Will it be a new sign...no scrap that last suggestion silly me
So we all know we score nil then. Its just whether Woy's bores muster a goal which they very often don't
0-0 with not the slightest hint of a new striker on the way or probably even the need for one in the eyes of Legohead who truly believes Havertz can be that guy

in the Wenger era we would have scraped a 1-0 lucky win to take the pressure off for a bit - is Arteta capable of the same ?
Re: Palarsepieces H Sat 20th Jan KO 1230
Don't forget 25 of those attempts will be gutless and never gonna trouble the keeper ones.

Who may or not be making a run in the box and attacking the box if he's there at all

Re: Palarsepieces H Sat 20th Jan KO 1230
I'd take that just to get rid of him.

NO!! Wenger would have beaten Liverpool to take the pressure off, Arteta is not even capable of that. We have got some flat track bullying to do over the next few weeks before we fall off a cliff again.Gunner Rob wrote: ↑Mon Jan 08, 2024 11:54 amin the Wenger era we would have scraped a 1-0 lucky win to take the pressure off for a bit - is Arteta capable of the same ?

Don't be so sure my friend.......I hear we are looking far and wide for a small, skinny, lightweight midfielder to sit on the bench alongside the other 12 we already have. Or an internal "new" boy..........like Pepe perhaps??SteveO 35 wrote: ↑Sun Jan 07, 2024 11:30 pmWill it be Nketiah....Will it be Havertz as am extremely false nine....Will it be a new sign...no scrap that last suggestion silly me

yes more than likely....and will be all down to bad luck apparently
Re: Palarsepieces H Sat 20th Jan KO 1230
Or Onana from Everton - because apparently what we need most right now is another midfielder who couldn't score if his life depended on it!Reno Gooner wrote: ↑Tue Jan 09, 2024 2:10 amDon't be so sure my friend.......I hear we are looking far and wide for a small, skinny, lightweight midfielder to sit on the bench alongside the other 12 we already have.
