Yes mate..noticed that ...penalty was absolutely clear cut....as for the White incident happens nearly every game but commentator definetly had an axe to grind...that said dont like to see White feigning injuryStuart L (2) wrote: ↑Sun Apr 07, 2024 9:46 amThey even managed to show our dominance which they usually do their best to avoid.
They did make a huge fuss about the penalty, yes he got a slight touch in the ball then wiped Jesus out, so clear cut.
And they chose to show White being a bit of dick clutching his neck after the off the ball thing - much worse happens every game but why show that in isolation other than to try and paint White in a bad light ( FA directive maybe )

yes he got a slight touch in the ball
Not too sure that he did , I think Jesus lifted it over, if it did touch it was his laces

He did get a touch on the ball, but Jesus would have probably got to the ball first again if he wasn't wiped out. That makes it a stonewall penalty.
They keep giving free kicks in the middle of the pitch for follow throughs even if they take the ball first. There is no argument, it's a penalty.

What a performance that was - against a team with a solitary home defeat dating back to August too. Could easily have been double the scoreline too if Gabriel had planted the header where it should have gone, and Jesus had half a clue where the goal was. As dominating and convincing performance as you're going to see from anyone at Brighton. Right now I back the team to go anywhere in this country and get a result and barring the Etihad and Anfield, they can play all of the others off the park. This is some of the best football I've ever seen from an Arsenal side - close to that 2002 to 2004 period where we would roll up anywhere, play our football, blow teams away and sit back and watch the haters pour on all their snide remarks!
Five consecutive away games without conceding - that takes remarkable concentration and effort....just ask Liverpool and City who both defended abysmally at the weekend. The "you haven't played anyone yet" mob have got 7 weeks left to be proven right and must be banking all their hope on the Scum and Man Ure (who were so abysmal and lucky yesterday that I have no fears about).
All very pleasing and very exciting
