As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

i think we played well but am baffled at so much negativity- we played well and lost - this has happned twice - i think if we continue to play like this our luck will change.... :barscarf:

Welcome on board mate. Don't let the negativity get to you. Alot of us are negative bastards!

And some of us view everything Arsenal related through rosetinted spectacles...

(and some of us are realists)

Enjoy the craic! 8)

Hmmm… one Sid leaves & the next day another one joins!:hmmthink:

Surely more than just a coincidence?! Especially given how similar their views are! Is that you Sid?

call me a rose tinter but I think we got a great squad, maybe keeper and DMF strengthening but not that much work needs to be done. Arshavin, Cesc, gael, Rosicky, Gallas.. to name a few. We have some class players, its all about weither we can bounce back from these 2 unlucky defeats!

So our forward line, with the top score in a major European league of 11 is good enough? Our defensive cover with Silvestre the next in line for the team is good enough?

We are four good signings down the spine of the team, better defensive organisation and clearing some deadwood (that means you Denilson, Diaby, Flappy and Sylvester) away.

In Wengerland that's a bloody long way.

If played in position and as a back up learning off a class player he would mature into a good centre forward IMO offering us a different option. If Wenger persists in playing him on the wing then get shot of him. He's no winger.

look man give it a rest - everyone is pissed off we lost - so why rub it in- surely its better to look fwd then to wallow in the defeat... all im saying is we have players coming back from injury & that should help the cause
