As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

I'm happy with it tbh, fixture congescion is good IMO, and I reckon it's also a good thing they are spurred on to beat the scum on Saturday see what i did there?

I wanted them out and with it the fear that any iota of a chance they had of winning before us was gone for another year. Alas, I thought they'd win the tie and now they'll probably get the Israeli or Portugese side in the 1/4 finals (coupled with a Madrid/Barca one as well, I bet!!). Win that and a semi-final - regardless of against whom - is a 50/50 and just one step away from completing the unthinkable. No gooner could possibly want that? :banghead: :banghead:

I don't think they would beat Barca or Madrid over two legs, but should they make it to the final than that is a "one off"

If we finish third and scum finish fourth

Would it be worth chavs winning CL to deny scum the fourth CL spot ?

Indeed, I'd prefer to finish outside the top four and Spurs in it than see Chelsea win the CL!!
