Sunderland Calling

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

That would be good mate, my son would much rather be a sub and only get 10 mins in the game.
Alright I've asked my mates, I'll let you all know how many of them will be coming along for sure.
Good man! I would do the same but I have no friends

Also, your mate that plays in goal - does he also play on pitch cos I think the one area we are covered is in goal (clockendal)

Well I have fucked up a bit here, left it too late to order my boots and quickly popped into our only sports shop of any note and nothing there I liked or would fork out 80 quid for, I have 3 pairs of soft ground boots and will look for some more in the loft (think I got some old Adidas F50's but never really got on with, I say old one pair I never wore and one pair once).

Anyhow, there must be a decent sports shop near the ground, does anyone know of one nearby?

I suppose I could wear trainers. Without being too technical is the ground we are playing on got the new 3G synthetic grass?

Hello gents,
I am sure you are all eating creatine and berries before you get an early night.

It's ironic that as the mass exodus started at our club we have managed to make some additions to our squad.
The line up is looking like:

1. Clockendal (GK)
2. Goose's nephew
3. LeftfootlegendGooner's Son
4. Number 5
5. danno
6. M-50
7. Goose
8. LeftfootlegendGooner
9. franksav63
8. LeftfootlegendGooner's Son
10. CarltonBanks26
11. Clockendal Cousin aka lofty lynch

Back up:
Brother goose
Carltonbanks26 mates (will put one in for LFL's sone as requested)
Possibly santipoldi

Don't forget you need to bring your own kit (yellow arsenal tops).

Kick off at 10:00 so try to get there 9:30-9:40

AstroTurf takes a moulded boot but should be ok for AstroTurf trainers.

After the game we could go to the gunners (but away boys are on) or the white swan is a weatherspoons pub on highbury corner.

Good luck!

Is Leftfootlegend bringing 2 sons?

Clockendal (GK)
2. Goose's nephew
3. LeftfootlegendGooner's Son
4. Number 5
5. danno
6. M-50
7. Goose
8. LeftfootlegendGooner
9. franksav63

You turning up to support the team though........we need to inspect this injury is genuine unless it's a groin strain, in that case we'll take your word for it
