If he is another one for the future then fair enough but not at the expense of bringing in the proven quality we need. And despite what the scout says you know he would be loaned back to the Russian club.

Just a polite reminder Arsene, don't waste your money on kids for the future because you will not be here to see them through!....

For that to happen we need to keep Sanchez and Ozil and add 3 or 4 really top class players to the first 11.
The sickening thing is, these cúnts are so brazen they will sell Sanchez and replace him with some piddlingly average Giroud/Welbeck clone... and so many of our fuckpuppet JCL AKB wánker fans will call "$anchez" a "Juda$" and STILL hail Wenger as the right man to manage us. It's all so fucking predictable.
I think this is one area that may just get the sheep turning......
I just can't see Dumb and Dumber pulling off any significant transfer....despite worldwide scouting network working 24/7
Re: The Fake News Summer Transfer Thread
Even though the highlighetd bit is in the statements coming out from the club, I don't think it makes the slightest bit of difference. He has gone at least 8 years without really challenging, both shareholders and the sheeple still support him, so I don't really see anything changing. Would love to be wrong and see a full scale rebellion but I just don't see it happening...DB10GOONER wrote: ↑Mon Jun 12, 2017 2:47 pmThis transfer window is going to be very interesting purely because the club, its cúnt owner, and spineless Board, have all implied that Wenger getting his two year extension is intrinsically tied into an actual "challenge" for the PL title. Have to agree with Nick on this, no matter what he does or how he acts OGL seems unassailable. I reckon as far as most of the sheep, the board and our Stayaway Owner are concerned he could do anything and get away with it.NickF wrote: ↑Mon Jun 12, 2017 3:47 pmEven though the highlighetd bit is in the statements coming out from the club, I don't think it makes the slightest bit of difference. I reckon our Free transfer and a few middle of the road wannabees or neverweregonnabees is our lot and it will be the same tired old excuses, we worked night and day 24/8 but no-one who was the right fit was available and unfortunately Sanchez had to go because of his disruptive nature and outrageous demands (No mention of his own outrageous wages though)

Summer predictions:
1. Alexis leaves
2. Ozil stays (and it is played out on Arsenal.com endlessly about how he loves the club, and owes everything to AW and is staying because of the great belief he has in the team....blah blah blah)
3. We nearly sign Lacazette for the same number of weeks we nearly signed Higuaín
4. We eventually end up with the Nigerian lad from the Belgian league
5. The Ox signs a new deal which is supposedly further evidence of how confident everyone is in the manager and current squad
6. Ospina leaves and after being linked with Pickford, Butland and several other top keepers we eventually get an Almunia MK II from the depths of the La Liga bottom six. The Chavski Plank remains first choice
7. We suffer a 2011 style start to the season with us hovering outside the drop zone after 3 games, prompting the return of the banners and the Arsenal Fan TV rants, before embarking on a late spree in the last 48 hours of the window signing 3 more no marks for somewhere around £80m combined

Re: The Fake News Summer Transfer Thread
All I know, is Wenger has said Sanchez will not be sold to a domestic rival. I really hope, that he is telling the truth, because I would not be able to stomach Sanchez going to City or Chelsea. I keep hearing the argument that we need to sell Sanchez or forfeit a transfer fee. That argument just wont cut it anymore, as that line of thinking is why we are in our current situation - because this club operates more like a business than a football club.
Clubs are more likes countries more so than business - money is important, but it should not be everything. No country would ever sell off prized landmarks no matter how much money was offered. Sanchez represents this clubs pride - the best player to have played for us since Henry, and with so many recent exodus to domestic rivals, Arsenal can source some pride, and offer some fans a glimmer of hope by being resolute in only selling Sanchez if an offer from abroad comes in, and if not, he stays for the final year of his contract.
Ferguson wouldnt even sell Liverpool Heinze, while Wenger made it easy for Ferguson to sign RVP from us - even commenting to Ferguson 'you have no idea how good a player you are getting', FFS, RVP may as well have been gift wrapped. What happened to the old days where Ferguson tried to sign Vieira but was told were to go, or when Chelsea tried to sign Henry??? But then back then we were competitive and fierce, and a football club foremost.
However these days, you cant have any faith in Wenger or the board to run Arsenal as a football club. Do they look at the Sanchez situation along the lines of, if we sell, it will reinforce perceptions we are weak and cannon fodder for our domestic rivals. Or are they thinking, if we dont sell Sanchez now, we will lose his transfer fee.
This clubs needs a mentality alignment, as we cannot ever be competitive again until its leaders and management start respecting Arsenal as a football club, and not a fuking business.
