America is responsible for most of the wars in the last 50 years,
they armed the afghans to fight the USSR
they armed the contras and other terrorist groups in central America so they could overthrow elected socialist governments,they have had a blockade on Cuba since 1961 after they were unsuccessful at overthrowing the goverment there so nothing can get in without there permission, they armed the israelis so they can kill innocent children,why have they appointed themselves the worlds police. its because
everything they do is to protect there interests in oil,money etc

Israeli in contrast, dropped leaflets over Lebanon telling the people to leave in the areas that were to be subsequently bombed.

We could argue the Israeli / Arab conflict here for ever, and it would probably just end up like the 9/11 thread, but whatever your views on the conflict, please recognise the substantial difference in tactics and intent from each side.

What did he do to deserve such a welcome home?

He killed a father in front of his wife and child, and then smashed the child's head in with a rifle.

This is the inevitable fallout of someone going wildly off topic with a divisive post. But anyway here goes...

The above is the standard argument forwarded by IDF spokemens and women, Israeli politicians and apologists.

Its main flaw is that Israeli forces have no legal right to be operating in the west bank or Gaza, they are considered in International law an illegal force of occupation. Every person they kill, be they a militant, civilian or otherwise is an unlawful killing. There is simply no legal basis for them to be there, regardless of how careful they claim to be when carrying out their "targeted assassinations" which if it were being performed by a state unprotected by American patronage would hardly be referred to in such banal terms.

Regardless I'm sure the fact that the Israelis claim that dead Palestinian children are an accident is little consolation to the parents of said dead children. Just as few words can comfort the relatives of victims of suicide bombings of the streets of West Jerusalem and Tel Aviv.

We all probably have a view on the Israel / Palestinian question, I've been there, can see both sides, favour a two state solutions and a peaceful co-existence of the two peoples, so please don't jump down my throat as being biased, but the above argument is just a little bit too partial and too convenient too be entirely true. Anyway I wish this topic had never started.

Gaza was handed over to the Palestinians two years ago.

I did read your post, i just don't bother arguing with you anymore because i'll just be called a racist again. I just find your views wrong and frustrating and have come to realise there's no point getting involved anymore. To be honest my view is Israel should just be demolished and it's inhabitants relocated and that has nothing to do with race. Got nothing to do with Western media either, i find western media very pro israel.
