The tax man

the raise of vat and the situation with water in Ireland made me think, water is such basic underpinning of life and to not be able to deliver it is such an epic fail for government / authority considering how much we pay / fund them.
Made me think about the victims of katrina, the survivors will have to pay tax still to the government knowing the last time they needed them they did not show, mabye they lost family because of it, would make me sick to pay that same government to keep me safe.
