THE WENGER THREAD

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

In Fairness though the whole thing is a joke - why is Jose on there? No Trophies won, 3rd in the league, CL QF.....all a farce to be honest isnt it.
Yep, was wondering that too. :rubchin:

Moron-hio (for me at least) broke the managers' code with his crass comments on Wenger, won fuck all with a squad that cost billions and quintillions and yet gets named? How? Why?

Actually that image is rather Spooky - it reminds me of theose framed images the supporters of Mao Tse Tung used to carry and wave around - not realising all along that he was responsible for destroying peoples dreams etc - and.... :rubchin: :rubchin: :rubchin:

Yes the similarities are on many levels...

Wilshere out.
Diaby out.
Monreal out.
Gibbs out.
Koscielny out.
Ozil out.
Debuchy out.
Giroud out.
Gnabry out.
Walcott not match fit.

You look at our injuries going into the Burnley match and it's just beyond disbelief. Some people may not blame Wenger for the injuries, I personally do - firstly because he manages players wrong, secondly his training methods obviously contribute, and thirdly he's been the only constant at the club. Even if people don't think he's responsible for the injury "curse", he has completely neglected to acknowledge it and left the squad under-prepared and its weaknesses woefully exposed.
