Weekends Other Games 16/17th March
Everton 1-0 up at half time against shitty and wrongly had s second ruled out for offside.
Re: Weekends Other Games 16/17th March
Undecided on this really, I don't really care if we finish 4th/5th/6th to be honest. I suppose a City win helps us but if they lose, then Utd can win the league sooner and I really really don't want those fuckers winning it at our place. That would really cap off a thoroughly shitty season.
Can anyone work out if that's mathematically likely to happen please?

As it stands, Everton are now above us and we're down to sixth. It's conceivable that we could be as low as seventh by the end of the day. But hey, what's the worry? Arsene knows.

By my calculations, the earliest Man Utd can mathematically clinch the title is at home to Aston Villa on April 22.Dan_85 wrote:Undecided on this really, I don't really care if we finish 4th/5th/6th to be honest. However, that's based on them AND City winning all their games between now and then. If Utd lose one (to any team other than City), and City keep winning, then they could wrap it up at the Emirates the following week.
They essentially need 5 wins from their remaining 10 games, or 6 if they lose to Man City.

Blatant penalty for City not given there, the ref was 10 yards away, fellaini hans ball a yard or more inside the area and the ref gives a free kick a yard outside
Gary Neville said "the ref saw it but didn't want to give it"
He just stopped short of saying "obviously the ref is a boyhood manure fan"
As I type 2-0 Everton.

Anybody else notice that it was Clichy who gave the ball away leading to Everton's second?
Once an error-prone liability, always an error-prone liability. No idea why Arsenal fans rated him - conceding those penalties against Villarreal and Birmingham were unforgiveable errors IMO. And then there was the 4-4 Spuds disaster...

City are surely the shittest defending champions in living memory (yes Leeds, even worse than you). How the hell is Mancini still employed?

I agree with the sentiment, but wanted to point out that Blackburn went from Champions in 94/95 to seventh in 95/96. That really is quite a collapse!officepest wrote:City are surely the shittest defending champions in living memory (yes Leeds, even worse than you). How the hell is Mancini still employed?
