Re: the Wimbledon Thread
I'd have expected Murray to win given the relative population sizes and economic strength of Britain over Serbia.

Although...
Serbia = 7.3m population
Scotland = 5.3m population

I believe Trappapony is having Murray's ancestry looked into, to see if he can play footy for us.

Re: the Wimbledon Thread
It's back!
No idea why there is so much hype around Dimitrov. From what I can gather it's because his playing style is vaguely similar to Roger Federer. Well, he's not even as good as Federer at the moment let alone when he was at his peak. He will get destroyed by Murray, Nadal or Djokovic if he even gets that far.
I fancy Djokovic

Re: the Wimbledon Thread
Dimitrov, what a player
To be fair to myself though I didn't think Dimitrov did much more than play to his level, Murray was just absolute horse shit. How you can be a multiple grand slam champion and miss so many basic forehands is baffling and that heap of shit second serve is only going to get punished more as he gets older and less able to defend it.

What an absolute bum-holing. Good nerve from Dmitrov but to lose in straight sets (including two double breaks) to an opponent of his calibre is appalling from Murray.LDB wrote:Dimitrov, what a player

Dimitrov was rumoured to be dating Serena Williams but is actually smashing Sharapova. Don't get me wrong given the chance I'd have a go on Serena as it ticks a lot of boxes (even though I can't get an image of a wand being waved around in a cave out my head) but she's not shopping from the same shelf as Sharapova.
